How do I scan codes to earn points?
Scanning codes is easy and rewarding. Follow these steps:
- Open the Pampers Club app.
- Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
- If prompted, allow camera access.
- Follow the on-screen guidelines to capture the code inside your Pampers pack.
Tip: After a successful scan, your points will be added instantly!
If you can't scan the code, you can enter it manually:
- Tap the keyboard icon to the left of the scan button.
- Type in the alphanumeric code.
Important: Remember that the code is always located inside the diaper pack, not on the outside.
What should I do if I can't scan the code?
If you're having trouble scanning, try these steps:
- Ensure you're scanning the correct QR or alphanumeric code inside the pack.
- If you scanned the wrong code initially, try again with the correct one.
- For manual entry, tap the + button and select Let's type in the code.
Tip: Manual entry can often be quicker and more reliable than scanning.

If your code is damaged or illegible:

How can I collect more than one code in the app?
Here's how to add multiple codes:
