How can I see my past orders and rewards in the app?
To view your order and reward history:
- Open the Pampers Club app.
- Tap the profile icon at the top left corner of the home screen.
- Select My Rewards.
- Browse your complete list of previously ordered rewards.
Tip: Regularly checking your history helps you track your rewards and plan future redemptions.
What should I do if I didn't receive my reward?
If you haven't received your reward within the expected timeframe, here's what to do:
- Check the delivery timeframe:
- Pampers Club rewards, including paper coupons and Pampers packs, are typically sent by post.
- Allow up to 3 weeks from the order date for delivery.
- Track your delivery:
- Delivery times can vary. If it's been just over 3 weeks, your reward is likely still in transit. Occasional delays can happen.
- Contact us:
- If your reward hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, please contact our Pampers Club consumer care team.
