Pampers Preemie Nappy Sizes
Pampers Preemie Protection Nappies are available in three sizes:

Tip: P3 is our smallest nappy, designed specifically for the tiniest babies born in the second trimester.
Using Pampers Size 0 for Premature Babies
If your baby weighs close to 5lbs, you may try Pampers Size 0:
- Available at most retailers
- Check for proper fit:
- No gaps at the waistband.
- No gaps at the back of the napp.y
- No gaps through the legs.
If Size 0 is too big, visit your local Asda Pharmacy for our Premium Preemie Protection nappies.
Important: Pampers Preemie Protection nappies are up to three times smaller than regular newborn nappies and are designed in collaboration with neonatal nurses to meet the specific needs of premature babies.
