What should I do if one of the other retailers doesn't accept my coupon?

The reward is considered a form of digital payment, similar to a gift card. The app provides instructions on how the cashier should apply the reward when processing the purchase. Please inform the cashier that the offer will not apply until the entire transaction is totaled and ready for payment. You will see this reminder in the app when you pull up the offer. Note that it is not a printable item; you must scan the barcode at checkout.
