My points didn't appear after a successful scanning

If you don't see your points after scanning, follow the instructions below:

1. Sign out of the Pampers Club app
2. Sign back in
3. Go to the profile section in the app
4. Select "My History"
5. View the list of your transactions, including points per scan

Note: Your points will be shown as a total amount, including any earned bonus.
