What should I do if my point balance is incorrect?

If your points do not appear immediately after a successful scan, it is often a temporary display delay that can be fixed by refreshing your session. You can verify your actual balance and transaction history by checking the "My History" section within your profile.

Note: This does not cover scans that resulted in an "Invalid Code" or "Already Used" error message.

Step 1 - Refresh Your App Session

1. Sign Out: Go to your profile settings and sign out of the Pampers Club app.

2. Sign In: Log back into your account using your registered email and password.

3. Check Balance: Look at your total points at the top of the home screen to see if the balance has updated.

Step 2 - Verify Transaction History

1. Go to the Profile section in the app.

2. Select "My History" from the menu.

3. Review the list of recent transactions; your points will be shown as a total amount, including any earned bonuses for that specific scan.
