If Amazon shows the message "The Promotion Code has already been redeemed," it usually means the Pampers promo code has been used before and cannot be used again. Sometimes, this error can appear due to a temporary connection issue, so refreshing the page and trying again may help.
Note: This article covers errors seen when using your rewards to buy Pampers on Amazon, it does not cover errors when scanning codes found inside of Pampers Packs.
Step 1 – Confirm the Pampers Promo Code Has Not Been Used
- Pampers promo codes can only be redeemed once. If you or someone else has already used the code, it will no longer be valid.
- Check your Pampers Club App My Rewards section to confirm if the Pampers promo code has been used.
- Check with anyone else in your household who may share your Pampers Club account to see if they have used the promo code.
Step 2 – Refresh and Retry
- Refresh the Amazon checkout page.
- Try entering the Pampers promo code again to see if the error clears.
