Step 1: Finding and "Claiming" Your Reward
Free gifts or promotions often starts in the Catalogue rather than your personal 'My Rewards' list even though they do not require points to be redeemed.
Check the Catalogue: Open your app and tap on the 'Catalogue' or 'Rewards' tab.
Look for the "Free" or "Welcome" tag: New member offers are usually listed as rewards with a 0-point cost or a special "Claim" button.
Reserve While Available: Tap the reward and select 'Claim' or 'Redeem'. This step is essential because it "reserves" the specific coupon for you from our promotional stock.
Step 2: Using Your Reward
Check 'My Rewards': Once you have claimed the offer from the Catalogue, it will move into your personal 'My Rewards' section.
Ready to Use: Your gift or coupon will now be visible in 'My Rewards' and is officially yours to use until the expiration date shown in app.
Why is my reward not showing up yet?
If you’ve just activated your account, it may take a short time for the reward to "unlock" while our system finishes setting up your profile. If you registered less than 24 hours ago, your reward is likely still in the synchronization phase.
Try a Force Restart: Completely close the Pampers Club app on your phone and reopen it. This simple step often refreshes the Catalogue and shows new offers immediately.
Check Your Push Notifications: Ensure you enable Push notifications to get updates when new rewards are shown.
What if the reward is no longer visible?
Our new member rewards are often very popular and are provided while stocks last. If a reward is no longer visible in the Catalogue, it may have reached its limit or the promotional period may have ended.
Claim Early: To avoid disappointment, always click "Claim" as soon as you see a free offer that you would like. This moves the item from the general "available stock" into your personal 'My Rewards' so it cannot be claimed by someone else.
Does "Claiming" the reward mean I have used it?
No, "claiming" the reward in the Catalogue simply moves it into your personal collection so it is saved for you. You still have until the expiration date listed on the coupon in your 'My Rewards' section to actually use it at the store.
