You can easily view your Pampers Club points or Pampers Cash balance and a detailed history of your scans directly on the Home Screen or within the Rewards section of your app. As a Pampers Club member, we want to make tracking your rewards and every individual scan as simple as possible, using real-time syncing to ensure every transaction is instantly reflected in your total history.

Note: This article covers checking your balance within the Pampers Club app. it does not include balances for individual rewards.

Step 1 - View Your Total Balance

1. Check the App Header: Open your app and look at the very top of the screen. Your balance is displayed right next to the Pampers logo for quick reference .

2. Visit the Rewards Tab: Use the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to select the Rewards icon.

Step 2 - See Your Transaction History

• Tap 'Rewards': Use the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to select the Rewards icon.

• Click on your Balance: Tapping on the actual balance number (e.g., 100 points) will open your Activity History.

• Review Individual Scans: This section provides a detailed breakdown of every "Code Scan", "Promotion" or "Adjustment" applied to your account. You can see the date and exactly how many points were added.

Step 3 - Refresh Your Account

• Sync Your Data: If your balance doesn't look correct, try "pulling down" on the home screen to refresh.

• Re-login: Logging out and back in often fixes sync issues between your phone and our rewards database.

Why does my balance show 0 after I just scanned a pack?

A 0 balance usually means the app needs a moment to sync or you might be logged into a different account. We use secure login verification to protect your rewards, so ensuring you are on the correct account is the first step in seeing your true balance.

• Check for Multiple Accounts: Many parents have more than one email address. Make sure you signed in with the same email you used for previous scans or if you previously used a social login with Apple, Facebook or Google.

Why is a transaction missing from my history even though I scanned the pack?

A missing transaction usually means the app is still processing the scan or there was a temporary sync issue with your account. We use secure transaction logs to track every code, so our support team can verify your scan if it doesn't appear after a short delay.

• Wait for 'Pending' Status: Sometimes a scan takes a few minutes to process. Check your "Activity" history to see if the scan is listed as "Pending" or if it has been successfully credited.

• Check for Duplicate Accounts: Many parents have more than one email address (like a work and personal email) or social accounts. If your history looks empty, make sure you signed in with the same credentials you used for previous scans.
