Missing Pampers Club Points or Pampers Club Rewards usually occur because you have accidentally logged into a secondary or new Pampers Club account instead of your original one. Each unique login method, whether it’s a different email, Facebook, or Apple ID, creates a separate profile, so your points and history may be sitting in your original account. To resolve this, you can check your in-app activity history to see if previous scans are listed or verify your account details to ensure you are using the correct Pampers account login
Note: This does not cover instances where Pampers Club Points have expired due to account inactivity or cases where a Pampers promo code was entered incorrectly.
Step 1 - Check "My History" for Activity
A great way to tell if you are in a new account is to check your points history.
Tap on the 3 dots near your Pampers Club Points balance at the top of the home screen or navigate to Profile > My History.
If you have used the app before but "My History" is empty, you have likely logged into a brand-new account as if you scanned previously or redeemed a Pampers Club Reward, it would be listed here with a date and description.
Step 2 - Find the Email Logged into the App
To see which email address you are currently using, tap on the Profile icon (usually a person icon in the app).
Look for "Account Details" or "Personal Information." Your currently logged-in email address will be displayed here.
If the email displayed is not the one you usually use for your Pampers Loyalty Program, log out and perform a new Pampers account login with your primary credentials.
Step 3 - Verify Social Login vs. Manual Email
The Pampers Club app treats "Sign in with Apple/Facebook/Google" and manual email and password entry as separate accounts.
If you usually use a social button to log in but recently tried to reset Pampers password and log in manually, the app may have created a duplicate profile.
Apple login for iOS Users: If you used "Hide My Email" with Apple, your account is linked to a random @privaterelay.appleid.com address. You can find this in your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Sign in with Apple > Under Apps and websites look for Pampers Club > Hide My Email.
Google login: In your Google account settings you can see if you used Google login for Pampers Club. Sign in to your Google account >Manage your Google Account > Third-Party apps and services > Filter by: Sign in with Google
Facebook login: In your Facebook account settings you can check if you used Facebook login for Pampers Club. Log in to Facebook >Tap the menu icon> Setting and Privacy > Your Activity > Apps and Websites > View app and website list (it could be that connection was removed - also see View removed apps and websites)
Step 4 - Check Your Email Inboxes
Step 5 - Contact Pampers Customer Support
If you still cannot locate your missing Pampers Club Points, please contact Pampers expert support using the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page.
To help us locate your original account, please share any info you have, such as alternative email addresses, your full name, or details of a recently scanned code. These details help our team search the system to help you find the correct account.
What if I see my history but my points balance is still zero?
If your history shows past scans but your balance is zero, your Pampers Club Points may have reached their expiration date. Points typically expire if there has been no activity on the account for a set period. You can confirm this by looking for an "Expired Points" entry in the My History section All point expirations are timestamped and labeled in your history.
Can I change my login email so I don't get confused again?
Yes, if you want to use a different email, you should update Pampers account details within your existing profile settings This keeps your history and Pampers Club Rewards intact as it modifies the existing record instead of starting a new one. Creating a new account with a different email will always result in a zero balance. Account history is linked to a unique internal User ID that stays the same during an email update.
