Why did my account get locked?

There are a few common reasons why your Pampers Club account might be locked:

• Multiple incorrect password attempts
• Attempting to sign in with a different email address
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Security concerns detected by our system

How do I reset my password?

To unlock your account, try resetting your password, follow this step-by-step process:

1. Log Out: Open the Pampers Club app and log out of your account.
2. Reset Password: Return to the sign-in screen and tap the "Reset Password" or "Forgot Password" button.
3. Enter Email: On the next screen, enter your registered email address and submit your password reset request.
4. Check Email: For security reasons, an email will be sent to the registered account holder to verify the change request.
5. Use the Link: Use the secure link in the email within 60 minutes to access your unique password change page. If more than an hour passes, request another reset.
6. One-Time Use: The link provides one-time access and will only be active for a single use. If you can't complete the reset on your first attempt, request another reset.
7. Password Requirements: Ensure your new password has at least 8 alphanumeric characters, with 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter (no special characters or symbols).

Note: If you don't receive the verification email within 60 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Password resets will only be sent to registered email addresses. Please double-check that you are requesting the reset for the correct email address.

How can I check if I used an Apple Relay Address to sign in?

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name next to your profile picture.
3. Select Sign in with Apple.
4. Look for Pampers Club in the list.
5. Tap on Pampers Club to view your sign-in details.

How do I reset my Apple Account password?

To reset your Apple Account password on your iPhone follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap your name, then select Sign-In & Security.
3. Choose Change Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I use face recognition or fingerprint to sign into the app?

Enhance your app security and convenience with biometric sign-in:

Face Recognition (iOS and Android):

1. Open the Pampers Club app.
2. Go to your profile screen.
3. Select Activate Face ID Sign-in (iOS) or Activate Biometrics Sign In (Android).
4. Enter your password when prompted.
5. Allow the app to use Face ID.

Note: To disable, select Disable Face ID Sign-in or Deactivate Biometrics Sign-in in app settings.

Fingerprint Recognition (Android Only):

1. Go to your phone's Settings.
2. Tap Security and privacy.
3. Select App lock.
4. Choose Pampers Club app.
5. Enable fingerprint lock.

Important: To disable, remove all registered fingerprints from your phone settings.
