Why did my account get locked?
There are a few common reasons why your Pampers Rewards account might be locked:
- Multiple incorrect password attempts
- Inactivity for an extended period
- Security concerns detected by our system
If you see a message about too many login attempts, don’t worry! Your account is temporarily locked for your protection. Just wait a few minutes, and then you can request a password reset.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, follow this step-by-step process:

Log Out: Open the Pampers Rewards app and log out of your account.

Reset Password: Return to the sign-in screen and tap the "Reset Password" or "Forgot Password" button.

Enter Email: On the next screen, enter your registered email address and submit your password reset request.

Check Email: For security reasons, an email will be sent to the registered account holder to verify the change request.

Use the Link: Use the secure link in the email within 60 minutes to access your unique password change page. If more than an hour passes, request another reset.

One-Time Use: The link provides one-time access and will only be active for a single use. If you can't complete the reset on your first attempt, request another reset.

Password Requirements: Ensure your new password has at least 8 alphanumeric characters, with 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter (no special characters or symbols).
Note: If you don't receive the verification email within 60 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Password resets will only be sent to registered email addresses. Please double-check that you are requesting the reset for the correct email address.
How do I use face recognition or fingerprint to sign into the app?
Enhance your app security and convenience with biometric sign-in:
Face Recognition (iOS and Android):
- Open the Pampers Rewards app.
- Go to your profile screen.
- Select Activate Face ID Sign-in (iOS) or Activate Biometrics Sign In (Android).
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Allow the app to use Face ID.
Note: To disable, select Disable Face ID Sign-in or Deactivate Biometrics Sign-in in app settings.
Fingerprint Recognition (Android Only):
- Go to your phone's Settings.
- Tap Security and privacy.
- Select App lock.
- Choose Pampers Club app.
- Enable fingerprint lock.
Important: To disable, remove all registered fingerprints from your phone settings.
