If you haven't received your 2FA authentication code, it might be because of a typo made during your Pampers Rewards account registration, which now allows signups without immediate verification. This is most common for our newest members who have recently joined the Pampers Loyalty Program and are prompted for a 6-digit authentication code when they try to log in again or Redeem a Pampers Reward. Because an incorrect email prevents you from receiving this code, you’ll need to Contact our Pampers Rewards experts to fix the typo and protect your Pampers Cash.
Note: This process applies specifically to users who cannot receive their Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes due to potential typo. It is especially relevant for accounts created after May 12th.
Step 1 - Check your Inbox and Junk folders
- Open the Pampers Rewards app and attempt to log in or redeem a Pampers Reward.
- If the app asks for a 6-digit verification code, wait at least 5 minutes to allow for network delays.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder! Sometimes, security emails can be filtered there by mistake.
- If you find the email there, you can proceed with your Pampers account login.
Tip: If you still don't see it, double-check if you accidentally used a common typo like "@gmal.com" instead of "@gmail.com" when you first signed up. This can be seen in your App Profile.
Step 2 - Find your User ID (If still logged in)
- If you are still logged into the app but can't receive 2FA authentication codes to Redeem Pampers Rewards, you can help our team find your account faster by providing your unique ID.
- Tap on the 'My Profile' icon or menu in the Pampers Club app. On the home page there is an outline of a person in the top left.
- In your profile, click on the App Version number and a pop up message will display your User ID (usually a string of numbers or letters).
Tip: Take a screenshot of this ID! It serves to help a Pampers Rewards expert locate your specific account even if the email is wrong.
Step 3 - Contact Pampers Customer Support
- If the code is not in your inbox or spam, you cannot change the email address yourself because the app requires that missing 2FA authentication code to authorize any changes.
- Please Contact Pampers Rewards support using the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page.
- Provide the support team with the "wrong" email address (if you suspect what the typo was) and the "correct" email address you intended to use.
- The team will verify your identity to ensure your Pampers Cash and scans remain secure while they update you Pampers account details for you.
Step 4 - Log in and Secure Your Account
- Once Pampers customer support confirms the change, attempt a Pampers Rewards App account login with your correct email.
- You will receive a new 2FA authentication code to your correct inbox.
- Enter this code to Unlock Pampers account access.
Tip: Once inside, we recommend adding a phone number to your profile. This adds an extra layer of security and gives you a backup way to receive codes.
Why am I only seeing this now when I try to redeem a reward?
To make joining the Pampers Loyalty Program as fast as possible, we don't always ask for verification the moment you sign up. However, we take the security of your Pampers Rewards very seriously, so we require 2FA authentication codes whenever you perform a sensitive action like a Pampers Reward redemption and Personal Information update. If a typo was made at the very start, it only becomes a "blocker" at this stage because we want to ensure the rewards are going to the rightful owner of the Pampers Cash.
Why does Pampers let me register with a wrong email?
We recently updated the Pampers Club app to make registration faster and easier for busy parents by removing the immediate email verification step. This unfortunately means the app doesn't "know" if there is a typo until you try to log in again or Redeem Pampers points. To make things even more secure and flexible, we are excited to share that a second verification option via SMS 2FA is coming soon, which will provide an alternative way to access your account if you have email issues. We are constantly working on Pampers app troubleshooting to provide the best experience for our community.
