How do I set up my one-time security code?
Securing your Pampers Rewards account is super easy with our One-Time Security Code (2FA)! Here’s how to set it up:
- After creating your profile, you’ll receive a security code sent to the email address linked to your Pampers Rewards account. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your SPAM folder!
- Once you get the 6-digit code, simply enter it in the app. If you make a mistake, don’t worry - just try again or request a new code.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Didn’t receive the security code? No problem! If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, you can request a new one after five minutes.
- Code not working? Remember, you have five minutes to enter the code once it’s sent. If it expires, just request a new one.

What should I do if I have trouble registering for my Pampers Reward account?
If you see the message "email has already been used, please provide another one," it means you’ve already registered with that email address.
No worries! If you've forgotten your password, just request a password reset through the app or website, and you’ll be back on track in no time!
Why am I automatically logged out?
To keep your Pampers Rewards account safe, we’ll automatically log you out every 180 days after your last sign-in.
Logging back in is easy! Just use your sign-up email, and your Pampers Cash* will stay intact.
We’ll send you friendly reminders via email and in the app 10 days before you’re logged out, so be sure to opt in and enable notifications!
