To keep your account safe, Pampers uses a 6-digit One-Time Security Code (2FA) during registration and login. Additionally, for your protection, the app will automatically log you out every 180 days, but your Pampers Cash and points will remain safe and intact when you sign back in.
Note: This does not cover issues with your personal email provider's server status or third-party login methods like Facebook.
Step 1 - Set Up Your Security Code (2FA)
Check Your Email: After creating a profile or logging in, look for a 6-digit code sent to your registered email address.
Enter the Code: Type the code into the app within five minutes of receiving it.
Troubleshoot: If the code doesn't arrive, check your SPAM folder; if it still isn't there after five minutes, tap the option to request a new one.
Step 2 - Resolve Registration Issues
Check for Existing Accounts: If you see an "email already used" message, it means you already have a Pampers profile.
Reset Password: Instead of creating a new account, use the "Forgot Password" link to regain access to your original profile.
Verify Email: Ensure you are using the exact email address you originally used to sign up.
Step 3 - Manage Automatic Logouts
Stay Informed: Watch for email or in-app reminders sent 10 days before your 180-day security logout is due.
Re-authenticate: Simply log back in using your original email and password to refresh your session.
Check Balance: Confirm that your Pampers Cash and points are visible; they will not be affected by the automatic logout.
