If your code is not recognised, ensure you are scanning the unique QR or alphanumeric Pampers Club code located inside your pack rather than the external barcode. Our Pampers experts recommend this because external codes do not contain loyalty data, and most scanning issues are resolved by switching to manual entry or improving lighting.
Note: This does not cover issues related to expired codes or codes that have already been redeemed by another Pampers Club account.
Step 1 - Locate the Correct Code
Open your Pampers pack and look for the unique code printed on the inside of the packaging.
Ensure you are not scanning the barcode on the outside of the box or bag, as this will not be recognised by the Pampers Club app.

Step 2 - Try Manual Entry
If the camera scanner is struggling to read the QR code, tap the option that says "Let's type in the code."
Carefully type the alphanumeric Pampers promo code exactly as it appears.
Experience Tip: Double-check for commonly confused characters, such as the letter 'O' and the number '0', or the letter 'I' and the number '1'.
Step 3 - Prepare for Support
If the code still fails, keep your pack nearby.
Pampers customer support will need clear photos of the code and the packaging to investigate the issue and manually credit your Pampers Club Points.
Can I scan the same code twice?
No, each code is unique and can only be used once per Pampers Loyalty Program participant. If you receive a "code already used" message, check your Pampers Club history to see if the points have already been added.
