Where can I find the code on my Pampers nappy pack?

To earn Pampers Club Points, parents and caregivers can find a unique Pampers code printed directly on the inside of their nappy packaging. Locating and scanning this code builds your points balance and unlocks Pampers Club Rewards through the Pampers Loyalty Program.

Note: This guide only covers standard retail nappy packs.

Step 1 - Open the Pack

• Open your Pampers nappy pack as you normally would.

• Once you have used a few nappies and have room to see the interior, look toward the top opening or along the side seams of the interior plastic liner.

Step 2 - Locate the Printed Code

• Pampers codes are printed in ink directly onto the inside of the plastic bag.

• Look for a string of letters and numbers printed in gray or black ink. 

Tip: You may need to flip the bag inside out or flatten the plastic against a solid surface to make the code easier to see

Step 3 - Scan with the Pampers Club App

• Open your Pampers Club app and tap the scan icon.

• Center the printed code in your camera's viewfinder. The app should automatically recognize the code and add Pampers Club Points to your Pampers Club account.

Step 4 - Manually Entering the Code

• If the camera has trouble focusing on the printed ink, which can happen if the bag is wrinkled or the lighting is dim, you can enter it by hand.

• Tap the "+" icon or the "Enter Code Manually" button in the app.

• Carefully type the code exactly as it appears. Once submitted, your scan will be complete, and your points will be added.

Are the codes ever on the outside of the pack?

For standard retail packs, the Pampers code is never printed on the outside of the bag. This security measure ensures that the code can only be used by the parent who has purchased and opened the product, protecting your Pampers Club Points.

Tip: If you see a QR code or barcode on the outside of the pack, this is for retail scanning at the checkout only and cannot be used for the Pampers Loyalty Program.

The code is smudged and I can't read it. What should I do?
