Step 1 - Locate the Alphanumeric Code
- If you or a family member ripped the packet open the wrong way, flatten the plastic packaging on a light-coloured surface.
- Carefully align the torn through code to reveal the 9–15 character PIN code.
- If the code was damaged during opening or appears illegible due to the plastic being pulled, check the edges of the tear for any partial digits.
- If the plastic has stretched or distorted the letters, try to look at them from different angles to identify missing digits.
Step 2 - Use Manual Entry in the Pampers Club App
- Open your Pampers Club app and tap the "Scan" button.
- Select the option to "Enter Code Manually."
- Type in the alphanumeric sequence exactly as it appears.

Step 3 - Check "Look-Alike" Characters
- If you are missing digits or a letter is illegible, try common "look-alike" substitutions (e.g., swapping '0' for 'O' or '1' for 'I').
- Try these variations before giving up on your points:
- O (Letter) and 0 (Number): This is the most common error. If your code isn't working, try swapping the letter 'O' for a zero.
- I (Capital I), l (Lowercase L), and 1 (Number): These vertical lines are easily confused. Most Pampers promo codes use uppercase letters, so it is often a capital 'I' or the number '1'.
- S (Letter) and 5 (Number): The curves of the 'S' can look like the sharp angles of a '5' on a torn surface.
- B (Letter) and 8 (Number): If the middle of the 'B' is slightly obscured, it can easily be read as an '8'.
- U (Letter) and V (Letter): Depending on the font, a 'U' can sometimes appear as a 'V' if the bottom curve is sharp.
