At Pampers, we want to ensure every parent can easily collect their Pampers Rewards. If you cannot find a QR code on your Pampers Amore diaper pack, it is likely because the code sticker is attached inside the packaging. Premium diaper lines often use internal codes to ensure security for our members using the Pampers Rewards app.
Note: This covers only Amore Pampers Diaper packs and does not cover products purchased outside of the United States.
Step 1 - Check the Inside of the Diaper Pack
- Open your Pampers Amore diaper bag completely.
- Look on the inside of the plastic film; codes are never printed on the outside box or the exterior of the bag to keep them safe until you buy them.
- Scan the interior surface for a square QR code sticker or a 15-digit string of letters and numbers (the Pampers Rewards code).
Step 2 - Use Manual Entry in the Pampers Rewards App
- If you find a 15-character PIN instead of a QR code, open your Pampers Rewards app.
- Tap the "Scan" button on the home screen.
- Select the option "Type code instead"
- Carefully type in the letters and numbers exactly as they appear to redeem Pampers Cash.
Step 3 - Use the "Where's the Code?" Help Tool
- If you're still having trouble, look for the "?" or "Help" icon on the scanning screen in the Pampers Rewards app.
- This tool shows photos of exactly where to find the code on various Pampers diaper packages.
What if my code is blurry or I can't read it?
If your code is difficult to read, we recommend using the "Flash" feature within the Pampers Rewards app to improve visibility. Our Pampers expert team suggests that if the code is physically damaged, you should contact Pampers customer support with a photo of the pack as evidence to help us resolve the issue.
Tip: Tap the lightning bolt icon in the scanning screen to turn on your phone's flashlight. Sometimes the internal plastic is reflective; try tilting the bag away from direct overhead light to make the ink stand out.
Why does my app say "this code has already been used"?
This error message, "Oops this code has already been used," occurs when a unique code has already been recorded in our database. This is a security measure to ensure that Pampers Cash is only awarded once per pack. If you purchased this pack new and believe this is an error, please reach out for Pampers app troubleshooting.
