Whether your pack features the white sticker or a code printed directly on the liner, finding and entering this code is required to successfully build your balance and earn Pampers Cash for rewards .

Step 1 - Look for the White Sticker

• Open your Pampers diaper bag and look toward the top opening or along the side seams of the interior plastic liner.

• Most packs now feature a white rectangular sticker adhered to the inside of the bag. This sticker is designed to stay flat, making it much easier for the Pampers Rewards app to recognize.

• If you see the sticker, center it in your app's camera viewfinder to automatically add Pampers Cash to your Pampers Rewards account.

Step 2 - Check for a Printed Code

• If you do not see a white sticker inside your bag, don't worry. Some packs have the 15-character Pampers code printed directly on the interior plastic.

• Carefully check the inside walls of the bag for a string of letters and numbers printed in gray or black ink.

Tip: You may need to flip the bag inside out or flatten the plastic against a dark surface to make the printed ink easier to read.

Step 3 - Manually Entering a Printed Code

• If the code is printed directly on the plastic, the camera may sometimes have trouble focusing due to wrinkles or reflections.

• To ensure you receive your Pampers Cash, tap the "+" icon or the "Enter Code Manually" button within the Pampers Rewards app.

• Carefully type the 15-character code exactly as it appears. You do not need to worry about spaces, but double-check that "0" (zero) and "O" (letter) or "1" (one) and "I" (letter) are entered correctly.

• Once typed, hit submit to complete your scan.
