How do I add a baby to my account?

This FAQ provides a simple, 6-step guide for parents to add a new child to their Pampers Club App profile. By navigating to the "My Baby" section within the profile menu, you can input your child's name, birth date, and gender to ensure your app experience and milestone tracking are personalized for each child in the family.

Note: This does not cover how to update existing baby in the app.

Adding a new bundle of joy to your family? Congratulations! To add your baby to the account:

1. Click the profile icon at the top left of the home screen 
2. Select "My Baby"
3. Select "I have another baby to add!"
4. Enter your new one's information (name, date of birth, gender)
5. Select "I'm ready! Lets go!" 

How do I update my baby's information?

Here's how you can update your little one's information as your baby grows:

1. Click the profile icon at the top left of the home screen
2. Select "My Baby"
3. Select your little one whose details you want to update
4. Click on "Edit my baby's info"
5. Edit the information (name, date of birth, gender)
6. Select "I'm ready! Lets go!"

Currently, height and weight entries cannot be deleted, but our technical team is actively working on enabling this feature. In the meantime, you can edit entries by following these steps:

1. Access 'Height History': Open the app and navigate to 'Height History' to locate the specific date of the entry you want to modify.
2. Go to 'Height Chart': Tap on the 'Height Chart' tab, then click the plus (+) sign.
3. Enter Correct Details: Input the accurate height information for the same date as the existing entry.
4. Update Previous Entry: After tapping 'Add this measurement,' a pop-up will prompt you to confirm if you want to update the previous entry. Select 'Yes, update.'
5. Confirm Changes: Finally, return to 'Height History' to verify that your changes have been successfully saved.
