Your Pampers points balance expires if your account remains inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. To keep your points active, you simply need to engage with the app by scanning a new product code or redeeming a reward at least once every year.
Note: This does not cover points lost due to account deletion or manual adjustments made by customer support or logging in to newly created account where no points are accumulated.
Step 1 - Keep Your Account Active
Scan Regularly: Make it a habit to scan the product codes from your Pampers nappies or wipes packs whenever you purchase them.
Redeem Rewards: Use your current balance to redeem any reward in the app, which also counts as account activity.
Monitor Your Email: Look out for a reminder email sent to your registered address one month before any points are set to expire.
Step 2 - Review Program Terms
Open the Pampers Club app and tap the profile icon in the top left corner.
Select "Pampers Terms and Conditions" from the menu.
Review the sections regarding Point Expiration and Award Refund Policies to fully understand the program rules.

Can I get my points back once they have expired?
Generally, once points expire due to 12 months of inactivity, they cannot be reinstated. However, keeping your notifications turned on ensures you never miss the 30-day warning.
Check your Push Notification settings to ensure you receive expiration alerts.
Ensure your registered email is up to date in your profile settings.
