Account Deletion

We are sorry to hear that you no longer wish to keep your Pampers account.

• Solution 1: If you want to close and permanently delete your account, you can do this directly in the Pampers Club app. Your account can be deleted directly from the app by tapping the profile icon on the main screen. Once your profile page opens, tap "profile settings," and you will be able to choose to delete your account.
• Solution 2: If you wish to close your account and make the request online (including closing the account, unsubscribing from all emails sent by Pampers, Pampers Club, and all other P&G brands in our systems), please follow this link to proceed online.
