If you access the Pampers Rewrads app using a social login, your password is managed by that specific provider (Facebook, Google, or Apple) rather than the Pampers Loyalty Program. Verified technical protocols confirm that for your security, Pampers does not store or have the ability to reset passwords for third-party social accounts.
Note: This guide only applies to users who click "Continue with Facebook/Google/Apple." If you created your Pampers account login using an email and a unique password, please refer to the standard reset Pampers password guide.
Step 1 - Identify Your Login Method
- Open the Pampers Rewards app or website.
- If you typically tap a social icon to enter, you are using a social login.
- Note which provider you use, as you must visit their specific platform to make changes.
Step 2 - Reset via the Social Provider
- Google Users: Go to your Google Account security settings and select "Password" to update your credentials.
- Facebook Users: Navigate to "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings" > "Password and Security" on Facebook to request a reset.
- Apple ID Users: Go to "Settings" on your Apple device, tap your name > "Password & Security" > "Change Password."
Tip: Once you update your password on the social platform, it will automatically apply the next time you tap "Continue with..." in the Pampers Rewards app.
Step 3 - Handling Account Merges
- If you are prompted to "Connect your Accounts," it means you have an existing Pampers Rewards account with the same email.
- You will be asked to enter your original Pampers Rewards password once to link the accounts.
- If you’ve forgotten that original password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the merge screen to restore Pampers Cash access via a standard reset email.
What if my social login keeps failing?
