Do I need to be a member of the OTC network to use the offers? Do I need a membership card?

No, you don't need to be a member or to have a membership card.

Do I need to enter a PIN when using the digital offer?

No. There is no PIN to enter. Simply pick the store where you are using the offer and present your phone to the cashier at the time of purchase. There are instructions for the cashier to follow when applying the offer to your purchase.
