How do I check if my e-coupon order went through?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble. Your coupon e-code should appear in the app within a day of your order being confirmed.

Check your reward order

Open My Points History in the app to see if your points were deducted.

• If they weren’t, the order may not have completed—please try again when you have a good mobile connection.

• If they were, go to the Rewards section and tap ‘See your claimed Rewards’ to view your coupon details.
