How can I check my order?
Checking your order in the app is easy following the instructions below:
- Open the Pampers Club app
- Click on the Profile icon at the top left corner of the home screen
- Select "My Rewards"
- Browse your complete list of ordered rewards.
If you cannot find your order in the list, it may indicate that your order was unsuccessful. Please check if your points have been deducted following the instructions here. If your points have not been deducted, you might want to place your order again.
How can I track my order delivery?
Delivery times can vary per region: if it's been just over 3 weeks, your reward is likely still in transit and we suggest you wait a couple of days more.
Important: It is important to wait the full 3 weeks as delivery time can vary locally.
